APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

We do require a credit card when booking your appointment. You will not be charged at that time, it is simply to hold your appointment. You are free to use a different card when checking out. We do take cash as well!​
 

LATE ARRIVALS
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late for your appointment. We will provide the service for the remainder of your allotted service. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that you will get the most out of your service as well as great results if the full hour isn't complete.

 

NO SHOWS / CANCELLATIONS

We hold on to your appointment time just for you and ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you please provide us with 24 hours notice. Giving us that 24-hour buffer is much appreciated as it allows our specialists to adjust their schedules and hopefully accommodate clients on our waitlist! We do charge an inconvenience fee of $35 to cover the time and opportunity cost for our specialists if you cancel last minute or do not show up. Thank you for understanding!

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

We understand that life happens! If you need to adjust the time of your appointment, please call and we will try our best to accommodate!

AGE REQUIREMENTS
All guests must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. 
All guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian come inside & sign a consent form. 

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.

PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for our teeth whitening service once the session has been completed. 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Beverly Smile is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in the price of services, memberships or packages.  Gratuities are graciously accepted by personnel.  If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity is accepted when you check out.  Eighteen to twenty percent of the total service is an industry-standard.
